However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the Product Description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. VAT omitted for companies with a valid VAT for companies in EEC except United Kingdom. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Job Lots UK Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this Website. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these Conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Job Lots UK Ltd or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Law, jurisdiction and language

This Website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

Delivery

We process all orders as soon as possible, usually within 2/5 business days after payment has been received.  Certain items may need to be ordered specially and so will take a little longer, but this will be stated in the Product Description.

UK Deliveries: All orders are sent using a signed for service.  Delivery is via Interlink.
Overseas Deliveries: All orders outside the UK are sent by Interlink / DPD.
Overseas customers please note: you are responsible for payment of any local customs duty or import tax which may be payable on arrival. We are not able to quote a lower price on Customs documents to save you import taxes, nor to mark items as 'Gift'.

Recorded Delivery items cannot be guaranteed on a Saturday

Special Delivery items cannot be guaranteed on a Saturday

All International orders are despatched via Interlink/DPD. Delivery takes approximately 3-20 days, dependant upon local postal services.

The delivery estimate for each item is stated in the delivery table.  Although we endeavour to strictly adhere to this delivery estimate, during extremely busy periods it may not be possible to meet these deadlines
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery, for any reason - No contract of sales exists until your order is verified by a human.

If you specify a different shipping address to the billing address then your order may take longer as we have to perform the necessary checks. Fraudulent orders will be submitted to the appropriate authorities.

All of our prices shown are exclusive of VAT.  VAT omitted for countries within EEC, except United Kingdom,  where a valid VAT number has been provided.  For countries outside the EU where VAT does not apply, no compensation will be made.

Special Conditions

Our site contains Products stocked here in the UK and also the European ranges which are available on a special order basis.

Items that are part of the European collection can be ordered in specially and delivered within 14-21 business days of receiving payment. This will be stated in the Product Description of these Products.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these Terms and Conditions.
